How to enquire about and order a hand-crafted flute or a recording from Cloud Hands Music.

How Ordering Works

Flute pricing depends on the type and size of the instrument, so the best way to begin is to send an enquiry describing the model, key or size you are interested in. Use the enquiry form below and we will respond with current availability, pricing and the expected delivery time. Orders are arranged on a fully pre-paid basis; once an order is confirmed you will receive confirmation and an estimated delivery date.

Recordings

The recordings by Peter Ross are available on CD. To order a recording, simply note the title or titles in your enquiry. See the music page for descriptions and track listings.

Shipping

Instruments are shipped carefully packed by First Class Priority mail. As a guide, shipping is charged per flute, while CDs ship at a small flat rate for the first item and a little less for each additional one. International shipping can be arranged on request — please mention your country in your enquiry.

Returns

Flutes may be returned for any reason, in their original condition, within two weeks of delivery for a full refund. Recordings are non-refundable. We want every player to be happy with their instrument, so if anything is not right, get in touch.

Sales Tax

Customers in Washington State are charged the applicable state sales tax; this is added at the time the order is finalised.

What to Include in Your Enquiry

The more you can tell us, the more helpful our reply will be. If you are choosing a flute, it helps to know your experience level, the kind of music you hope to play, and whether you already own an instrument. If a particular key or size interests you, name it; if you are not sure, describe what you are after and we can suggest a starting point. For recordings, simply list the titles. There is no obligation in making an enquiry — many players write first simply to ask questions.
